To mark and celebrate another successful year, Udružene is organizing the Big knitting party for handicraft lovers.
As our guests, on Friday, 23. November 2018, you will be able to meet and socialise with knitters of Udružene. Udružene will be presenting current and past collections of the association, as well as the exclusive fashion items from their renowned clients from Austria, France, Japan, Norway and USA. You will also be able to purchase selected items at special rates.
“Udružene will mark this year as the 6th year of our activities” says Nadira Škaljić-Mingasson, founder of Udružene. “During six years of successful activities, Udružene engaged and educated over 500 women and knitted 100’000 garments for worldwide retail. We have launched our Centre for education this year and, most recently, ventured into our own brand, KIO Hand Knitting – another reason to celebrate.
The Big knitting party will feature various knitting courses that we offer in our Centre for education as well as presentation of fashion garments and accessories of our brand KIO, the trendy soft and flamboyant hand knitted hats and scarves collection for children and adults all made from top-quality materials.
In the course of this all-day event, Udružene will organise various competitions in speed knitting and handicraft skills that will be open for everyone. In addition, interesting workshops will be available for the youngest and adults as well.
