With over twenty years of experience, Udružene supports you every step of the way, from receiving your collection or model design to producing the pieces.

Review of your project

Upon receipt of your designs, we will engage in dialogue with your creative team to gain a thorough understanding of your expectations. Our workshop managers will suggest knits, wools and adaptations to enhance your project.
Prototypes will be launched at the end of this process of exchange and dialogue.

Prototype validation

The creation of prototypes* concludes the pre-production phase.
Once you have approved them, we can calculate the production cost and manufacturing lead times.
We produce as many prototypes* as necessary; they ensure that your requirements are met,
production is reliable and both parties are satisfied.

Handmade quality, consistent production
and quality control

We produce exclusively by hand.
The experience of our knitters allows us to ensure very high quality and consistent production.
As a guarantee of quality, specific groups of knitters are dedicated exclusively to each production run.
Depending on the volume of items to be produced, ‘sample items’ may be sent to you** during production.
Before being shipped, the items are checked by hand one by one.

Packaging and shipping

We can package the parts produced ‘ready to ship’ to your customers***, according to your requirements.
We will then label and package them according to your instructions.
We ship worldwide.

The wools we work with

In twenty years of experience, we have worked with almost every type of wool imaginable, from the roughest to the most refined.

With this experience, we can offer you the best advice and suggest ways to take your ideas and projects even further.

We also have extensive experience in blending wools and combining different yarns. This expertise allows us to create an infinite number of combinations of colours, textures, and more.

The relationships we have built with our suppliers over more than twenty years are another asset that you will naturally benefit from.

À la carte invoicing

Upon receipt of your project, you will be sent a price list. This will be used as a reference throughout the manufacturing process, particularly
during any adjustments to your project,which will be carried out on an à la carte basis.

Consistency of production

The training, experience and professionalism of our knitters ensure a high level of consistency in production. However, and this is part of the charm of ‘handmade’ items, a tolerance of +/- 10% is commonly accepted for this type of production.

Production capacity

Udružene produces exclusively by hand. As a result, manufacturing times are longer than those of industrial production.

This is an important factor to take into account.
